| This production line is used to produce sandwich panels for making automatic doors with the middle layer of rigid polyurethane foam and with aluminum sheet or colorsteel sheet as the top and bottom face layers. The laminated panel is between 30 and 100 mm in thickness, 350~700mm in width, length determined by the customer. |

| √Introduction of Discontinuous Production Line of Color-steel-sided Sandwich Panels |
|
| The Packaged Equipment is used for discontinuous production of PU-laminated sandwich panels with color steel, paper or galvanized facings. Refer to the panel form diagram for details of panel form. The maximum length of panel that can be made is 6,000 mm while the thickness is ranging from 50 to 250mm. With a transitional padding plate, panels of 20 mm in thickness can also be produced. Talking about 50mm-thick panels, the equipment's production capacity is 480 square meters per eight hours.
The equipment can also be utilized to make sandwich panels of other forms as long as the forming machine gets changed. |
